1. Free On-Site Kitchen Consultation

2. 3D Design, Materials & Permits
We develop detailed architectural plans (if needed) and help you navigate material selections, from custom cabinets and quartz countertops to lighting and tile backsplashes. Our in-house team handles all necessary city permits so everything is approved before a single hammer swings.
3. Construction & Installations
Construction begins under Ian’s direct supervision. From demolition and plumbing reconfiguration to cabinet installation and countertop templating, we manage the entire workflow. We keep communication clear and maintain a clean, organized job site.
4. The Final Walkthrough
Once the appliances are hooked up and the final coat of paint is dry, we conduct a thorough walkthrough with you. We ensure every drawer glides perfectly, the finishes are flawless, and your new kitchen exceeds your expectations.
